We are hiring reliable, safety-focused drivers who are ready for a physically demanding, full-day route position. Our fleet consists primarily of 18–20 ft step vans, along with smaller transit vans. This is not an easy job—it requires consistency, effort, and a strong work ethic—but it offers steady, dependable work for individuals who show up, stay safe, and want reliable income.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes
• Deliver packages accurately and on time
• Handle physical demands including lifting, walking, and frequent vehicle entry/exit
• Lead by example through safe, professional, and efficient performance
• Assist with load organization, and dispatch coordination
• Step in to cover routes or assist team members as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay:

• $180.00 per day
