This position is responsible for managing real estate transaction files from contract to close, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers; tracking deadlines; scheduling inspections and closings; and updating all parties on transaction status. The Transaction Coordinator will maintain organized records, handle data entry into company systems, and verify that all compliance requirements are met.
